Porch Pirate Caught On Camera – Chad Edward CORRIN Arrested

(PEMBROKE, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has made an arrest after a theft of a package was reported in Pembroke.

The incident took place on the afternoon of March 21, 2024, when a delivered package was stolen from the porch of a residence in east end Pembroke. The homeowner was notified of the incident by their security camera and promptly reported the matter to police. Officers identified the individual and made an arrest later that day.

As a result, 43-year-old Chad Edward CORRIN of no fixed address has been charged with one count of theft under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code.

The accused was released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on April 22, 2024.
