Teens Arrested For Armed Robbery At Jewelry Store

On February 23, 2024, a 16-year-old male was arrested and charged with:
Robbery with a weapon
Disguise with intent
The male was held for a bail hearing.
On April 4, 2024, a 17-year-old male was arrested and charged with:
Robbery with a weapon
Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
Disguise with intent
Failure to comply with sentence or disposition
Fail to comply with judicial release (three counts)
The male was held for a bail hearing.
Two unknown suspects remain outstanding and the investigation is ongoing by WRPS Robbery Team.

Waterloo Region, Ontario The Waterloo Regional Police Services Robbery Team, along with the Forensic Identification Unit, have identified a 16-year-old male suspect in relation to a robbery that occurred January 8, 2024, at a jewellery store in Fairview Park.
The youth, who is from the Greater Toronto Area, is currently in custody in Toronto on other unrelated charges. A warrant has been issued to have the youth returned to Waterloo Region to be charged with Robbery with a Weapon and Disguise with Intent.
The investigation is ongoing by WRPS Robbery Team.
