Hit & Run Craig NESBITT Arrested

On April 13, 2024, at approximately 7:30 p.m.., police responded to a two-vehicle collision on Petrolia Line between Tank Street and First Avenue. It was reported that a vehicle struck a pickup truck and left the scene. The occupants of the pickup truck that remained on scene were not injured.
On April 14, 2024, an individual was arrested at the Petrolia OPP Detachment.
As a result, Craig NESBITT, 50 years of age from Petrolia has been charged with:
· Dangerous operation S.320.13(1) CC
· Fail to remain S.200(1)(a) HTA
The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Sarnia on May 14, 2024.
