Drug Bust – Mario Dubois

(CLARENCE-ROCKLAND, ON) – The OPP East Region Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) assisted by members of the Russell County Detachment completed another investigation with an arrest and seizure.

On July 26, 2024, the CSCU executed a search warrant in Rockland. Three individuals were arrested at scene and the following items were seized:

17 grams of crack-cocaine
A debt list
3 functional digital scales
$155 in Canadian Currency
Packaging material
A cell phone
As a result, Mario Dubois, from the City of Clarence-Rockland, Ontario, was charged under the Criminal Code (CC) and the Control Drug and Substance Act (CDSA) with:

Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Cocaine CDSA
Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine CDSA
Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000 – in Canada CC
The accused is to appear at the L’Orignal Court of Justice on August 21, 2024. The other arrested parties were released unconditionally.
