Rebecca CLARK Was Arrested

On August 23, 2024, at approximately 5:45 p.m., the Lambton County OPP received a traffic complaint involving a passenger vehicle in the town of Forest.
Shortly thereafter, police located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on Nauvoo Road, Warwick Township.
The investigating officer observed signs of intoxication and a roadside approved screening device (ASD) test demand was made.
As a result of the investigation, Rebecca CLARK, 39-year-old of Woodstock, was charged under the Criminal Code with the following offence:
Failure or refusal to comply with demand
A 90-day Administrative Drivers License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on September 16, 2024, in the City of Sarnia.
