Akash RANA Was Arrested

(GUELPH – ERAMOSA, ON) -) On September 3, 2024, at approximately 12:00 a.m. a member of Wellington County OPP stopped the driver of a blue sedan on Wellington Road 124, Guelph – Eramosa. As a result of the investigation, Akash RANA, 24-years-old of Kitchener, was charged with:

Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
Dangerous Operation contrary to the Criminal Code
Instrument for use in Copying Credit Cards – Possession contrary to the Criminal Code
Possess – Credit Card Data contrary to the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, at a later date.
