On October 24, 2024, at approximately 1:20 p.m., a member of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Nauvoo Road, Warwick Township.
As a result of the investigation, Kylie WELLER, 29-year-old of St. Thomas, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offence:
Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
A 90-day Administrative Drivers License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on November 21, 2024, in the City of Sarnia to speak to the charge.
