Chelsea CASCADDEN Drunk Driving

On November 2, 2024, at 7:18 p.m., a member of the Tecumseh Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), was conducting traffic enforcement on North Talbot Road and 9th Concession Road in the Town of Tecumseh when a single motor vehicle drove off the roadway.
The officer checked on the condition of the driver, determined the driver had previously consumed alcohol and was arrested and transported to a local OPP detachment.
As a result, Chelsea CASCADDEN a 32-year-old of Essex, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
· Operation while impaired alcohol and drugs
· Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice Windsor to speak to the charges on November 12, 2024.
The driver was not injured.
