Daniel FOURNIER Was Arrested Again

On December 10, 2024, just after 9:00 a.m., a search warrant was executed on a residence on St. Charles Street in the City of Dryden. The investigation resulted in the arrest of a local resident and the seizure of suspected illicit drugs, including cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, hydromorphone, and oxycodone, as well as further evidence of drug trafficking.
As a result of the investigation, Daniel FOURNIER, 31-years-old of Dryden, has been arrested and charged with the following offences under the Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act:
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking cocaine
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking oxycodone
Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose two counts
Failure to comply with release order two counts
The accused has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Kenora on December 12, 2024.
