James Stapley Was Arrested Details Released

After waking the individual and engaging in a brief conversation, officers initiated an investigation into impaired driving.
As a result of the investigation, 37-year-old, James Stapley, the suspect, was arrested and subsequently charged with
Operation while impaired
Operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration
Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor
The suspect was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay. In accordance with impaired driving laws, their drivers license has been suspended for 90 days, and their vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
