Terri DIGBY Impaired Driving

On February 6, 2025, at approximately 6:10 a.m., the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP responded to a parked vehicle on Principal Street, West Nipissing.
The parked vehicle was located and the driver was arrested for impaired driving, then transported to Greater Sudbury Police Service for further testing.
As a result of the investigation, Terri DIGBY, 57 years-of-age, from West Nipissing, was charged with, operation while impaired drugs
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 6, 2025, in North Bay.
The driver was issued a 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
