26 Year Old From Milbank Arrested

On March 16th, 2025, police responded to a report threats involving a firearm. Police arrived on scene and took one person into custody without incident.
26-year-old Jacobo HIEBERT of Milbank was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
Operation while impaired
Operation while impaired (80 plus)
Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
Two counts Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
Two counts Uttering threats
Assault with a weapon
Knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm
Carless use of firearm
Occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm.
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing on March 17th, 2025, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford.
