Stolen Vehicle Recovered 2 Arrested, Names Released #3Strikes

The Collingwood OPP gathered evidence and reviewed video footage from both the theft location and a local gas station, where a transaction was made using the victims debit card. During the investigation, police were able to identify the suspects as a 44-year-old, Michael Churchill and a 39-year-old, Tammy Carson, both of Collingwood.
Both individuals have since been located, arrested and were held for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Collingwood on April 14, 2025. The stolen vehicle has been recovered and returned it to its owner.
In addition, CHURCHILL has been charged in connection to a theft investigation that stemmed from incidents at the Living Water Resort in Collingwood. Information on that investigation was released to the media earlier this month.
