2 More Drunk Drivers Arrested

On Saturday, April 12, 2025, shortly after noon, L&A County OPP members were called by 11 different drivers about a vehicle that had struck the guardrails and centre median on the 401 Highway. Police located the vehicle and the driver was arrested.
Antoine CHARBONNEAU, a 26-year-old from Saint-Alexandre, Quebec was charged with:
Operation while impaired alcohol
Operation while impaired over 80 mgs of alcohol
Dangerous operation
Driving motor vehicle with cannabis readily available
Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor
On Monday, April 14, 2025, just after 9:00 p.m., L&A County OPP was called regarding a traffic complaint on Highway 41. Police located the vehicle and the driver was arrested.
Kierston-Lee JEFFREY, a 25-year-old from Napanee was charged with:
Operation while impaired alcohol
Operation while impaired over 80 mgs of alcohol
Drive motor vehicle no licence
Both of the accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee at a later date. Their drivers licences were suspended for 90 days, and their vehicles were impounded.
