33 Year Old From Lucknow Charged

On June 9, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m., members of the Wellington County OPP Traffic Management Unit were performing a proactive traffic enforcement initiative when a traffic stop was initiated on Wellington Road 86, within Mapleton Township.
As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old from Lucknow is charged under the Highway Traffic Act with:
Defective braking system
No muffler – motor vehicle
Improper mudguards
Drive with windshield coated – view obstructed
Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit
The accused was also given warnings under the Highway Traffic Act for:
Colour coating obscuring interior
Obstruct plate
