Mackenzie VENTURA Impaired Operation

On July 19, 2025, just before 7:30 p.m., OPP received a report of a possible impaired driver at a local business. Police attended the 1100 block of Pembroke St. E in Laurentian Valley Township. Police located the vehicle and driver. The driver was transported to the detachment for testing.
Mackenzie VENTURA, 30 years old, of Nepean was charged with impaired operation.
The accused had their drivers licence suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. They were released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on August 18, 2025.
