Kyle RAMOS – Drunk Driving

(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) – On July 23, 2025, at approximately 11:45 p.m., officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program on Wellington Road 18 in Aboyne.

During the operation, officers observed a vehicle entered the RIDE program.

As a result of the investigation, Kyle RAMOS 37-year-old of Fergus, was charged with:



– Operation While Impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus contrary to the Criminal Code

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on August 8, 2025.
