Justin Sinclair Threats, Assault With Weapon, Etc.

On September 22, 2025, at approximately 4:10 p.m., police responded to a report of threats made toward an employee at a business in the area of Frederick Street and King Street East in Kitchener.
As a result of the investigation, 38-year-old Justin Sinclair was wanted for the following offences:
Criminal Harassment
Weapons Dangerous
Utter Threats to Cause Death
Assault with a Weapon
On September 23, 2025, at approximately 7:50 p.m., a member of the public contacted police to report Sinclairs whereabouts. Officers attended the area of Stirling Avenue South and Charles Street East in Kitchener and arrested Sinclair without incident.
He was held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing.

Waterloo Regional Police are requesting the publics assistance in locating a male wanted in connection to a threatening incident in Downtown Kitchener.
