South Drive Raid: Drugs, Cash, Imitation Firearms Seized LINDSAY Charged

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, at approximately 6:13 a.m., members of the Haldimand/Norfolk OPP CSCU executed a search warrant at a residence on South Drive in Simcoe.
During the operation, one individual was taken into custody without incident. A search of the residence led to the seizure of suspected cocaine, ecstasy (MDMA), Canadian currency, drug-related paraphernalia, and two imitation firearms.

As a result, 43-year-old Marcus LINDSAY of Norfolk County was charged with the following alleged offences:
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking cocaine,
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking other drugs,
Possession of a property obtained by crime under $5,000,
Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000 in Canada,
Possession of imitation weapon for dangerous purpose two counts.
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
