50 Year Old Arrested Following Collision

On October 2, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., the Wellington County OPP, alongside local emergency services, responded to a report of a two-motor vehicle collision involving a pick-up truck and a tanker truck on Brock Road South, within Puslinch Township.
As a result of the investigation, the driver of the pick-up truck, Justin ANDREWS, a 50-year-old of London is charged under the Criminal Code and the Highway Traffic Act with:
Operation while impaired alcohol and drugs
Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
Dangerous Operation
Drive motor vehicle no licence
There were no injuries as a result of the collision.
A 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice Guelph on October 14, 2025.
