On October 5, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m., members of the Wellington OPP responded to a disturbance at a residence in Mount Forest.
As a result of the investigation, 41-year-old from Mount Forest, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
Assault Spousal
Mischief Domestic
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice Guelph at a later date.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim(s).
