Listowel Drug & Weapon Bust Damon EADIE

On November 13, 2025 shortly after 11:30 p.m. the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a residence in the town of Listowel after receiving a report that an individual was wielding a weapon threatening to harm his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend. The individual fled the scene prior to police arrival.
On November 14, 2025 police located and arrested 21-year-old Damon EADIE of North Perth. During a search incident to arrest the accused was found to be in possession of a controlled substance suspected to be Methamphetamine.
The accused was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
Assault with a Weapon
Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Uttering Threats
Additionally, the accused was charged with the following offence under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance
The accused appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on November 14 and was subsequently remanded into custody.
