Repeat Offender Arrested On Remembrance Day In Goderich

On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, just before 10:00 a.m., Huron OPP officers were contacted about an individual who was reportedly causing a disturbance and kicking over Remembrance Day wreaths as organizers were setting up displays for the event being held on the Goderich Square. Police located the suspect, who proceeded to resist arrest. The accused was eventually taken into custody and charged as follows:
Deseree VOISIN, 27 years-of-age of Huron East was charged with:
Causing a Disturbance,
Resist Peace Officer,
Assault,
Fail to Comply with Probation (two counts).
The accused was processed and held for a bail hearing where they were remanded into custody. The accused has a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice Goderich on December 15, 2025.
